A “moot” in Merry Ole’ England was a gathering of the people to discuss the issues of the day, make plans, settle disputes, and generally take care of business and catch up. Today, heathen groups and organizations may hold “pubmoots” (public meetings) to introduce themselves to their community, make contacts, discuss heathenry with each other and those who are curious, and extend invitations to the interested.

This is such a day! Fincastali Hearth would like to invite you to our second such event. We are ready and willing to address questions, provide resources to the interested, and contemplate the future of the Hearth and of our community.

In the evening of Tuesday, November 30th we intend to gather together in downtown Owensboro. We’ll be invading the fine establishment of Gambrinus Libation Emporium, where we intend to sample the various forms of liquid refreshment, and frighten the other natives — and we want you to be there! This is a chance for all of you who have been showing some passing interest, and those who just have questions. So…

• Who — Fincastali Hearth, and company.
• What — Pubmoot! Gathering to share stories, answer questions, and make connections with nearby Folk and friends.
• When — Tuesday, November 30th, from 6:00 PM until everyone leaves, even if that means 2:00 AM.
• Where — Gambrinus Libation Emporium
